MORGANICMOVEMENT is releasing a springtime introduction of a mycelial approach to health, in their course:

"Do we trust how we f*ck?"

- How do we f*ck with our breath?

- How do we f*ck with our resources?

- How do we f*ck with our relationships?

How you f*ck with ONE thing, is how you'll f*ck with MOST things...

This course is centered on nervous system restoration for caregivers/parents, health workers, community builders and change makers.

In response to the global f*ckery, we'll focus on the foundations of the restorative capacities of our brilliantly adept nervous systems.

In this 4 week foundations course we will explore some vital elements that are included in trusting how we f*ck:

• How breath rhythm & movement patterns shape our brains & behavior.

• The epigenetic movement history & role of, our hips & other power centers of our body.

• The 5:1 body-brain ratio of collective wellness, and how it applies to our relationships & resource reallocation.

From this course, you'll come out the other side with skills to...

• Cultivate a more reliable & well resourced relationship with your own nervous system.

• Move in ways that support your confidence in how you f*ck with your breath, in your relationships & with your resources.

• Implement your own game plan for practicing how we CAN trust how we f*ck with each other.

Who is Morgan?:

Morgan Vanderpool is a, queer, non-binary, neuro spicy, ecologically and intersectionally grounded: collective nervous system mechanic, trauma sensitive movement specialist, restorative practice facilitator, choreographer and community builder. They have been in direct, or relational, connection with almost every global system of harm & healing out there.

They're dedicated to facilitating inclusive, accessible, mycelially grounded and somatically abolitionist, restorative embodiment practices - practices that strengthen our collective capacity to healthfully honor & grieve with, every neurospicy layer of our badass survivor selves.
